Loss of orgasm

I went to a urologists some years ago I had a prostate bacterial infection and my prostate was swollen, because of the swollen prostate it obstructed my urithra and caused me to have urinating difficulties. The doctor gave me flomax and detrol and antibiotics. but one of the symptoms that i had he didn't find a solution since i was seventeen i havent been able to feel an orgasm at all i ejaculate and nothing, the doctor told me that it was probably hormones so he sent me to take some test and when he got the results he said that my hormones were fine and that the only  other cause would be psychological. but i wasnt convinced. maybe you can help me. thank you
