Low T 73 n/dl

Low T 73 n/dl

Hello,
I just got my test results back and my T level is lower than the last time.
I am taking injections, so I guess they are not working.
This has be concerned because from what I understand my levels are 73 when norm for my age (44) is 600.
My wife thinks I should stop taking the injections that they may being doing more harm than good, and see a endocrinologist. I take the shot once a month and its due tomorrow.
So my questions are:
Can injections be harmful if they are not working?
If I stop will my Levels go even lower and is that harmful?
What is a endocrinologist going to do that my Dr hasn't done?
What can be causing my levels to be so low?

Thanks in advance for the help.
