Low abdominal pain on left side While Exercising.

I'm a 18 year old Male. And for the last 4 years I've been having Low abdominal pain on the left side. I'm in very good shape and i eat healthy. I can't run or Jump (Skipping) cause the pain appears just after few minutes. I can cycle, walk fast and do sit ups without out getting pain. I had to stop playing football because of this pain and i can only cycle and lift weights now. I've went to see a doctor 3 times but none of them could really tell me what the pain is. If i keep going when i feel the pain it just gets much worse. I don't feel the pain afterwards the training. Does anyone know what could be causing the pain? I drink lots of water and eat healthy food.

Sorry for the spelling.
