Lower abdominal pain --- NGU?

Hi,

I had a protected oral sex on May-07 and I have tested for all STDs last week and all came back NEGATIVE. I didn't take test for NGU and UTI. Now after 12 weeks, I have a lower abdominal pain. I have a urologist appointment tomorrow.

What might be the problem? Can I take urine culture test?
