Hello,
Unable to come out, damaged body tissues or any dead biological organism like worms change into calcium and stay in our body and mostly they are removed surgically. Do you remember having any abscess in the area some time in your life? In any case you should get it evaluated by your doctor.

Hi,
As I read from your post, the lump is not on the penis, but, in between the scrotum and the penis. What is its size? It is mostly a calcification of the tissue and since you have not mentioned any inconvenience from it, I would consider it as harmless. However, you need to get a confirmation from a doctor and do not shy away from it.
