Lump on penis and all body itchy tiny red spots

Hi,
Maybe 6weeks ago I developed a small raised redish lump on the shaft of my penis virtually overnight, it seems to get bigger and smaller but never gets much bigger than 1/4 the size of a pea or small enough to be smooth with skin. A few weeks later I developed extreme  itching which shows tiny red spots that are constantly appearing and disappearing everywhere and anywhere from my scalp to my ankles, they get worse at night and when I'm under hot water. I developed the itching after I'd had a bath with salts so I thought it was itchy dermatitis but I'd also slept in someone else's bed the night before(non sexual). I thought it would go away but I've used Eurex cream and it's been maybe a month and it's getting worse not better. I'm getting fairly worried but too afraid to go to doc. Are these things related? I'd love some insight into what's going on!
Thanks
