Lump under head of penis

So I have noticed a lump under the head of my penis to the left, I have had it for a few months. It has just recently grown in size, it is like multiple lumps stuck together and it feels like hard cartilage under the skin, I'm a virgin, and circumcised. I can grab it and move it around and it feels like a bunch of beads stuck together and it doesn't hurt normally only when I grab it and slightly squeze to feel around thouroghly, when flaccid I can clearly notice that the left side of my penis is puffed out. If you could help me that would be amazing because I'm starting to get worried
