Malabsorption/Face Structure?

Can a malabsorption issue/ vitamin deficiency during puberty inhibit the growth of things such as a prominent jaw, prominent nose in men?

I'm sure that's possible but the chances are it would be more than a vitamin deficiency and the symptoms would lead you to a doctor for treatment - and the results would probably leave the individual looking deformed - for example, if they suffered from Rickets.  Aside from that, usually, jaw & nose tends to (I believe) relate more to characteristics genetically in addition to levels of testosterone (of which the levels are regulated by many factors) - and the amount of time required for these characteristics to develop varies on a person to person basis.
