Male - Low estrogen levels

I am sure this is more endocrine question.
I just got my hormone panel levels back to check thyroid and my estradiol levels are very low.
I have been feeling bad lately and tired , fatigued.
I was just wondering what effect low levels like this would make a man feel if not in range.
Free testosterone-- 2.06% range 1.50-2.20%
total testosterone-- 592 range 250-1100
Estradiol --<7 range 13-54 low
Tsh is high 8.80 .40- 4.50 I am working on this
There is so much on the web about men with high estrogen from aromatasa conversion , but nothing on low.
