Male Infertility

I am here to find help to please let me know what i do with my infertility problem.

Actually i am married for last 8 years and have no child because i have some problem in my testicles i had visited many specialists doctors but not get any result.

Doctors diagnosed that my testicles sizes are very small and can not produce more than 2 million sperms in count which are also abnormal and mostly dead. This sperm count is too much less for having my wife pregnant as the normal sperms volume is 50 million or above. I had tried many fertility medicines advised by dorctors for about 6 months but get no result but the medicines only increased my alive sperm count.

The doctors checked my sperms count and said that there is no hope other than i have to go for Test Tube baby.

Please help me what i do to come over on my problem.
