Although, there seems nothing much to worry about, please go and get your self checked by an Endocrinologist.

Wish you all the best.

Hi,
I will give you some ideas based on what I know:
Your estradiol level of 45 pg/ml  appears well within range. You have an excellent level of total testosterone. Your TSH level of 3.68, though high, is not all that high. Again, TSH alone may not mean much, unless T3 and T4 are also measured. All I find wrong with your readings is the low  level of  free testo, which I think should have been much higher. But then the testo equations are often so confusing that only experts will be able to give a correct diagnosis of the problem. As I see, the low free testo suggests you have high levels of SHBG, which may also suggest that if SHBG were to be reduced, your estrogen level would have also gone up, as SHBG binds to both testo and estrogen.
Whether your symptoms are related to low free testo or hypothyroidism ( providedT3/T4 levels are low), or some other problem, can only be confirmed by an expert physician. So I recommend you to consult a general physician for further diagnosis.
