Man right nipple pain!

Hello,

Yesterday when i woke up, I felt pain in my right nipple (Just to make things clearer Im a Man). The pain is continuous and some how minor, but if i touch it it intensifies and becomes unbearable.

I noticed that under the nipple there is something hard (I think its called a Lump) its size is a bit smaller than the nipple.

This is the second day and nothing has changed except that I think the pain is a bit less.

Im a male, 23 years old, in perfect health, was never sick, athletic, dont smoke, ...

Please I need advice from doctors this is really worrying me!!!

What are all the possible causes of this?

Men have a small amount of mammary tissue. It's probably that which is inflamed. Leave it for a bit, see what happens. Should get better on it's own. If not, seek help. Best of luck
