Massage Prostate after Biopsy?

I just had a prostate biopsy done recently.  No worries about blood showing up in urine stream or in rectal area.  However, the first time I masturbated, active (not dried) blood came out in the ejaculate.  I've been reading about resuming sexual activity, which could be potentially embarrassing to myself and/or a potential partner, should blood come out again in the fluid.  Can one massage his prostate to get the rest of the blood out or go to a massage therapist who specializes in prostate massage?  When does all of this begin to clear up once the biopsy has been performed, if no cancer is detected?
