i am 21 years old male and i have been masturbating for four years now..i hear people say masturbation can cause impotency, please how true is that i want to know.i masturbate 3 or 4 times a week.can it affect my fertility?
The only effect of masturbation is that having an orgasm can temporarily depress the sperm count, like, that day. That is why they suggest a man trying to get his wife pregnant only have sex with her every other day. But even a temporarily depressed sperm count is not a 0 sperm count. And nothing about masturbation causes impotence.
Nope, masturbating actually helps with your sexual performance and will not affect fertility. What’s important is to keep the penis in good health. Good hygiene and the regular use of a special penis vitamin cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) with a range of vitamins, like A, B5, C and E is essential.
