Hi,
I am a man of 31, married. we are trying to get a baby, but cant. Recently we examined us. my semen analysis result reveals that sperm viability is 50%, feeble motile 5% & non motile 45%. 65% sperms are in normal shape. Can we be parents?

My doctor ask me for urine R/M/E and Urine culture. the result shows no growth, all other reports are normal, except (++) of calcium oxalate in urine. What's the problem? Serum creatinin is 94 micro mol/L. Can anybody help me?

Hi,
I can only give you some general ideas, you should get the proper advice from your doctor only. The sperm viability is specified as 50%, which though little low, is high enough not to worry, provided, other parameters like sperm count, average forward motility, liquefaction time, PH  etc., are fairly good. Here is a link on semen analysis, which also includes some normal values for various parameters, I believe, some what different from the normal values specified would not matter as long as it is not abnormally low/outside.

The  Serumcreatinin shows the health of the kidney and the value is in the normal range in your case. The presence of calciumoxalate may indicate oxalate presence in the blood or some kidney stones, which I hope should not interfere with the fertility aspect.
So, overall, I feel you have no reasons to worry from your side.
