Micro Tese - Microdissection TESE

hi huys here is my story

Well....i do not know where to start....but....yeah I contacted Dr Ralph at London Clinic....as far as i know the very best doctor in infertility....known internationally....after a visit of maybe 5-10 minutes....he said that we needed to go for M-TESE and he wanted first to misure again the FSH, LH, prolactine and Testosterone.

after he received the result...he confirmed that FSH was exactly double the normal value, LH was a bit out of range, just a bit....and Teststerone was normal but in the lower end....and so prolactine.

Karyiotype was OK, and Y deletion absents so he said that chances were a bit good but still on range of 30%-40%....but he also said that often people with worse situation then mine were successfull and people with better situation then mine were not successfull....so basicaly he was saying is matter of luck....

So the day of operation came....i went to the hospital....something like CRGH....and at the desk i can reed only TESE in the services they were given to patients....so i asked about Microdissection TESE and they were avoiding the answer basically....they actually fail to admit that M-TESE is not performed anywere in UK. I made a research to all hospitals...in london....and when they say they perform microtese they actually give you the description of : is a TESE but with a micrscope....multiple small biopsise...etc..etc... which is not true basically...

The micro tese if you search for it....is not made by small biopsies and then search for sperm....is a microdissection of the testicle duing one very deep cut and then looking the testicle with a very powerfull microscope and looking for the tubules seminiferous which are bigger and so luckly to have sperms....then....they are passed to the lab in search for sperms....

If anybody say to you that they perform microtese do not believe them....they actually try to do something similar but not anywere near the true one....end of story i end up with no sperms retrived....and so my chances to be father of my own kids....we have to go for donor....because doing the TESE or wahtever they say they perfom....can impact the level of Testosterone....and i prefer beeng a FULL MAN...than...a father....

if you got the money.... go to NY at Cornell.....they have the right microscope and they perform the true M-TESE....in Europe there is not such technique....only US....
