Mole

HI, i noticed a mole i have on my right arm isnt like the others. i have a circle mole which is fairly dark and then like an ovale shaped lighter brown under it. the dark bit is slightly raised.

this morning the skin in that area was itchy not sure if it was the mole its self or just an itch but it got me worried abit

is this anything to worry about, please look at the photo

It is really difficult to diagnose basically based on a picture .Moles are growths on the skin which are usually brown or black. Moles can appear anywhere on the skin and are usually seen in early childhood and during first 30 years of life. Most of the moles are not dangerous. If your new moles appear different than other existing moles then it definitely needs medical attention. Any changes in mole color, size, shape, margins can indicate serious conditions like malignant melanoma. See a dermatologist. After a clinical examination he may advise biopsy if needed.
