A man with one teste can definetly get a women pregnant! Before you decide to have sex, give your teste atleast 2-3wks for sperm production. The reason why a man with 1 teste can do it is because each teste produces the same sperm and it is just a matter of chance for a sperm to fertilize egg. An average man releases 360millions sperm in one ejaculation and so thats why most women who are able get pregnant after first sex.
