My Case.

I just wish to be as thorough as possible with my current situation so sorry if I exceed in writing:

To start off, i believe to have Porn Induced ED due to my bare and lack of consistent performance this past year when it comes to sexual intercourse with my past girls. I''m 21 years of age, single, I Love women, eat healthy, play sports every weekend to try and stay active. I started having sex at about a year ago when i was 20 and since my first time till now I've had issues mainly maintaining an adequate erection. I get hard when sexually stimulated and even when a girl goes down on me and does oral, is just that normal stimulation like hand stimulation or intent on vaginal intercourse won't cut it and about 30 seconds later i end up losing my erection. Even thought its said not to, I've tried pills and they've somewhat worked but still, I've only considered myself to have satisfactory sexual intercourse like 2 or 3 times with the same girl out of 5 different girls i've tried to be with, the other 4 girls it can be considered as unsuccessful tries. Even with the girl I've had "satisfactory intercourse" problems occurred in maintaining an erection sometimes.

I've been watching porn and masturbating to it since I was like 13. Everytime i had a chance i masturbated, rare times more than once a day. Some weeks it would be every day of the week, other weeks it would be 2- 3 times a week, so it wasn't very constant but everytime i was alone and had a chance i went at it. If i couldn't masturbate to porn then i would fantasize about girls i knew and still go at it. So it was sort of hardcore but i never considered it to be any kind of addiction of sort, I just saw it as "normal". As the usual cycle of porn usage, i started off watching pictures, then more exotic pictures, then into videos, then even more hardcore videos, and so on..just aiding my desires without really realizing what i was doing to myself. I did that for about 7 years till last year i started having sex. Because i never had sex before that time i never figured i would have problems because while i watched porn everything worked fine, till my first time came and i couldn't get it up right..i just blamed the fact that i was nervous and it was the first time and so on..but then more chances and more girls came around and it kept happening so i started to wonder a bunch of things..till i came upon researching or aiding my problem in any way, shape or form.

I first realized my problem by late September last year (2011). Then ever since i had a clue that porn had anything to do with my issue and lack of performance i quit watching it. I knew the magnitude of my situation and the consequences it was causing me in my personal life. So since the beginning of October till now, beginning of February, I haven't watched porn. It was tough for me to stop masturbating and trying to have sex due to the urges i always felt and the need and desire to try and keep having sex to see if not watching porn was having any effect what so ever and also trying to fulfill the girl i was with and her needs due to the fact that she was not aware of my problems. As a matter a fact none of them were ever aware of what was really going on and they just blamed it on stress or condom and so on. Also at first it was really hard for me to admit to myself what was going on with me and what i was going through, but then i moved past that and eventually i decided to open up to my current sex buddy and she was very open-minded about the fact and she is willing to wait me out and she says that even though we are sex buddies sex is not what is always the most important things when it comes to interaction between two people, so i guess for now i'm sorta lucky on that one. So moving on, i left porn behind so i decided to masturbate while i fantasized about women until i then read it was bad for my recovery. I also decided to edge trying to avoid intentional orgasms wanting to recover from my problem but i was became aware of edging and what it does to the recovery process.

So since early October I've had an orgasm like 7-8 times and atleast kept a week between orgasms, in one of those cases i waited roughly 3 weeks till that next orgasm, and in another case I waited 6 weeks till the other, but most of those times the orgasms were orally executed, and then those when trying vaginal intercourse and lasting less than a minute due to the time span in between orgasms. Basically it was really easy for me leave the porn, what is really hard is trying to avoid masturbation, edging, and/or oral sex for 2-3 straight months to try and fully recover from the issue once and for all.

With all that said, here is my current situation..It is now February 4th 2012, Since December 19th 2011 I haven't had an orgasm. I continued to edge and masturbate till mid January and now am currently ending my 3rd week of true PMO = without edging, masturbating or any other type of sexual stimulation other thank kissing and cuddling/caressing, and also currently ending my 7th week of no orgasm. As for now I'm trying to be mentally strong and want to get this over with and try to fully recover so i plan on not slacking off for this one. I intend to stay off of any sexual stimulation till Spring Break (April where I'm at) so by then i hope to be fully recovered and all this be a thing of the past. So basically i would really appreciate any comments on what you now know of my situation looking forward to learning of anything that might help or aid my recovery in a positive way. Thanks in Advance.

Ps: Sorry for my really long post, but i just really wanted to get most of what's going on with me out there and really wanted to be specific about the details so that i may get any good quality feed back on my situation and hopefully aid me in coming out of this one successfully.

I am surprised if it has anything to do with masturbation, and porn is just revvng your mind up.  All the boyfriends I've ever had who talked about it have done it.  My current boyfriend may masturbate once or twice before he sees me, just trying to knock it down a little for me.  Then he has a couple with me.  He's in his 40s.  He has the highest drive in a guy I've seen.

He exercises and eats healthy food and not much junk food or soda.

You might want to get checked for diabetes or other imbalance like low testosterone.  You could try L-argimine supplement if your health checks out okay, but be sure you lift weights too.
