My penis shrank after testicle pain nearly a month ago and still hasn't gone back?

I am 16 and was having testicle pain on and off at the end of summer and my doctor told me that he thought it was epididymitis. One day, I woke up and my penis was shrunken to 3.5 inches, about half the size of what it used to be. I talked to my doctor about it and he said that there was nothing that can permanently shrink a penis and that it would go back eventually. It has been a few days short of a month now and there were a couple times that my penis looked like it was going back to the size it used to be but every time that happened, at the end of the day, it was back to the shrunken size. I still hasn't gone back to its normal size yet. Any thoughts on that?

   How is your testicular pain now, has it gone? If your erected penis size has reduced by half, you should talk to your doctor again. If you are talking about the flaccid length, you do not have to worry, normally, the penis size in flaccid state will shrink if there is any pain in the area , under cold conditions etc, and it is due to reduced blood flow to penis, though from the size given it does not appear to be flaccid length.
