My scrotum and penis have retracted inside of me

I am a transexual and I have had this penis shrinking thing going on for the last 4 years . It seems that when ever I got excited,my penis wouldn't extend ,it would retract ,sometimes it happened so fast ,that I couldn't stop it . What wll happen if it retracts all the way as my scrotum and testicles ? The amount of penis I have left only is so minimal thata pair of thongs would make it look as though I was a female. Could this cause any serious medica prblems?
