Mysterious Red bump

I woke up about 1 month ago and noticed a red bump, in front of my penis and a thick white bump on the back up mp penis, and tiny little white bumps forming. Ive never had sex or oral sex, Ive only kissed a few girls, is this cancer, or some type of disease, and is it curable, Im really worried.
