Well, you can't give him something you don't have. He either got whatever it was from someone else (despite his denial of other partners), or it's not a STD.
Still (and for YOUR safety), it's a good idea to always use condoms with all partners, at least until you're sure you're both monogamous (or only having protected sex with others) and have been tested for all STDs.
