Need answer!!!

This past week i been felling really bad, my hole body isnt reacting normal as usual. It all started last week after
 i got a physical, i pass"d everything with signs of good health. Well before that i was sick with some kind of flu and a blocked nose, and in my physical i got 2 antibiotic shots as well. Anyway a few days later(4days) after my results, i started to notice i was having a sleeping problem, i stop breathing at times when i sleep. each day i started to show signs of fatige strees and frusteration By then, I also found out on Friday I had an anxiety problem due to the massive strees I gained(family problems) the anxiety attck was the worst felling ever, felt like I was gonna die for a moment when it hit it's peak. 2 days to today, now I'm twiching in certain areas of my body, the worst cases are at night, my stomach sometimes hurts, I fell heatness in cerain areas,I fell small pinch on pain in body areas,  I twich at times, can't sleep & sometimes I fell like I can't breath even when I'm awake(i still have a stuffed nose & stuffy thraot) I whent to two hospitals so far and they couldn't seem to see a problem other than anxiety. Everyday its getting worse and is showing new symptoms. I wanna see a doctor for examination but moneys short atm, does anyone know what this might be?
