I want to get a medical opinion on my daily nutrition:
I am a 28 years old moderately active male, 5ft9inches, 161 lbs or 73 kgs.
1. Breakfast@9AM: I had a shake consisting of: 1 scoop of whey + 20 almonds + 1 apple or 1 banana + Milk
All are ground and shaken together through a blender.
Followed by 1 cup of green tea @ 11AM
2. Lunch@1AM: Regular Indian food consisting of some cooking oil & vegetables & chicken 3 times a week+ 2 wheat tortillas or 2 chapatis + 1 bowl of yogurt
Followed by 1 glass of (Real active: Spinach & cucumber mixed juice - similar to V8 juice) @5PM
3. ***@****: Regular Indian food consisting of some cooking oil & vegetable & chicken or egg 2 times a week + 2 wheat tortillas or 2 chapatis + 1 bowl of yogurt
Followed by 2 squeezed lime with some water right before BED TIME (someone told this helps in controlling Fat in the body).
Currently I am not taking any multivitamins.
I do wish to have a flat stomach and lean athletic body. Workout - 3 times a week.
Please give me your valuable advice or suggestions.
