Need desperate help- frequent semen leakage & erections

Hello

I don't masturbate too often but still my nerves in that area are so weak that most time of the day pre-*** (clear fluid) keeps coming out. When I am at home with my wife, it is too much. Also if and when I masturbate, the ejaculation is very fast. I also have issues with weak pelvic floor and IC. All these factors I believe have made my nerves weak and sensitive. What best I can do to control it and strengthen the nerves and system
