Need some help with my "Labs" Hormone test

Hello to All, Im a 38 year old male with Hypothyroidism for over ten years, I recently was referrred to an Endocrinologist by my family doctor. He sent me for lab work and I need help with my levels, He checked my Serum Testosterone 202 ng/dL(range 241-827), Serum Testosterone(Direct) 4.1 pg/mL(range 8.7-25.1) both of these test had "Low" typed beside them. He also tested my FSH - 1.8 mIU/mL, LH - 0.6 IU/mL, Prolactin 18.4 mIU/mL(range 4.1 - 18.4), TSH 12.50(range .78 - 2.19 ng/dL), Free T3 3.57(range 2.77 - 5.27 pg/mL), Free T4 1.13(range .78 - 2.19 pg/dL). Could someone help me understand what these numbers might mean, are they high, low, or normal? Your help would be Greatly Appreciated, Thanks for your time, Shannon
