Needle size tiny red dots on penis glans(glands) and head.

Okay,

So I've read some things on the internet (never a good idea) because i was trying to figure if i have an STD or if I am just freaking out for no reason. I've read a lot of these questions but people are never specific.
Off the bat, I did receive oral sex (and a hand job) 3 days ago... However i don't think i have any symptoms of Herpes or warts because the girl was not infected, had no blisters and "said" was clean... Still does...

So last night i decided i was going to masturbate for a little while and i did (With no lube)... everything was fine, no pain, all pleasure and i went to sleep. When i woke up in the morning i went to take a **** and everything was still fine. No pain urinating or anything. When i pulled back my skin (I am circumcised) i realized i had a bunch of needle size red dots on my glans (glands) and maybe one or two on the head.

1. They are not open sores. (from the eye of course)
2. I have no rash.
3. There is no bleeding or itching problem
4. They don't "pop" off of my skin, they just look like marks

Weird huh? Just red tiny dots. Anyway i was hoping a medical professional could maybe hit me in the right direction before i walk into some plan parenthood for an STD/HIV test. I plan to soon, but I'm trying to kill my nervousness.

I again asked the person who gave me oral and a hand, and she said it was probably the lotion she used or just from jerking off to hard..

Such an embarrassment to ask this. If it was an STD what would happen from here? I don't think it is, and she doesn't either.
