My boyfriends court date is today. No, I did not go with him.
I have still not heard from him about the situation that he is in. Because I had, and I mean HAD, to work, I could not partake in these court rulings.
Also, his ex-wife went with him instead (how wonderfully romantic, and utterly horrible to me).
I have done all that I CAN DO. I made this past weekend special. I got suite tickets to the speedway for NASCAR. And went with him (I watch the races, but to be honest, I do not understand them).....Also, I cooked every favorite meal on different days for the past week. I wanted to ease his mind.
But yet, here I am with not even an answer. I am just sitting here Knowing that there is nothing ELSE i can possibly do other than to offer my supportSupport Support 500.
Sorry to bug everyone with my troubles...But I know what womenWomen's way would say (I am saying those things to myself!!!) but I need to know what a man would think....And what better place than here?
(For those of you unfamiliar: Boyrfriend of years, got DWI...can't drive....offered for him to stay at my apartment with me, but he is apprehinsive(wrong spelling) of the entire situation)
Good lord, Girl!! I know you asked for a man's opinion last time, and you only got one.
You need a womanWomen's way's opinion. Stop groveling in front of this married man, stop fixing his favorite meals and suffering through boring NASCAR and acting desperate and pleading with him to move in with you so you can drive him around when he is serving his criminal sentence. He's married, he doesn't want a divorce, and his wife went to court with him today and he still hasn't contacted you to tell you what happened.
Find a man who actually wants YOU, not his wife, and act like you respect yourself and you'll be much happier.
