Nipple discharge

I am a 48 year old male. For about a week my right nipple has had a itching sensation and an clear odorless discharge. I do not feel any lumps or pain. I have read that it may be Breast cancer. Is there anything else that this can be a symptom of?

hormonal changes can cause leakage but go get it checked out to be safe !!
