Nipple issue

Hi, Im male 22 years old. A few weeks back my right nipple started hurting. It doesnt hurt but if I bump it against something there is pain, I can put my finger on it and push down but its uncomfortable. The pain is not constant but when I bump it there is pain, so Ive been feeling it with my fingers to see if I could push it down as far as the other nipple and Ive discovered that there is like hard tissue around the top of the nipple. When I feel it it is hard and my left nipple isnt like that. Im very concerned it could be something serious like breast cancer. I know its not common amongst men and that Im young but its worrying me. What could it be, does it sound like cancer?

You should go to the doctor I have heard of men developing breast cancer

hi , yes men do get cancer but could be a cyst or ingrowing hair ! just see your doc to ease your mind . good luck x x

check my posts, I read somewhere breast cancer in men is usually in the left breast, but can be in both
