Nipple problem

Hi I am 14 years old at the moment and I just had a few questions. Im concerned about my left nipple, i have felt that nipple compared to my right nipple and the left one seems to have something solid in it, but whatever it is inside of the nipple it isnt moveable. When i mash the left one with small force it hurts a little bit. The right one has no pain. Now heres the weird part, about 6 months ago it was the right nipple... As of right now the left one seems alittle bit bigger than the right. Also the left nipple is very sensitive to pain. What is going on? Is it puberty? Thanks alot for your help!

its puberty man dont worry, i have similar in my left and went to the doctor he just said that its normal and happens to most guys to different extents and that it will subside. come to think of it mines about gone already. XD
