No Sensations After Orgasm

im a 26 year old male that has encountered this problem recently. Usually after i reach orgasm, there's an "aftershock" of sensations in by back and all over my body and I start to feel tired. Nowadays after I ejaculate, though i feel pleasure from that, there are absolutely no side effects. Its as if i had done nothing at all.
Ive also gained a few pounds in a short span of time and i wonder if this is contributing. Ive had no spinal cord injuries or neurological problems so I dont know why the sensations all of a sudden are no longer there after orgasm.
Anyone have a clue as to what could be goin on?
