Normal for heart rate an hour after long exercise session?

22 year old male. 170 pounds. 6 foot 1.

When I am sitting around the house my pulse is usually 64-72.

I just went for a 1 hour bike ride at the gym.

One hour AFTER the ride has finished my heart rate is now 90. Is this normal?

So basically I have had 1 hour of rest and then took my heart rate and found it to be 90.

Not sure but it could be considered normal. It depends on your fitness level and exercise intensity combined with duration. Probably someone else could shed more light here.
