Numbness and headache during sexual activity

For the past two weeks or so I've been experiencing a pain that starts in my shoulders/neck and moves into a violent headache the near to climax I am. When it hits it lasts for about 30 seconds to a minute with the occasional dull throb during the rest of the day. This also includes numbness in my abdomen, arms and upper legs that ceases almost as soon as I stop. Finally to top it off it feels as if my heart is skipping 2 beats or so. I had something like this a few years ago, but it went away after 3 or 4 days which is why I've waited till now to figure out what is going on. I have tried taking asprin before hand and I am breathing properly. I do have a history of migranes, but they occur infrequently. Any advice would be appreciated.
