Numerous painless lumps on chest

Hello, they seem to have been on my chest for a couple of years now. I have notice more recently.

They are slightly raised hard and skin coloured and around the center of my chest and have recently spread lower some level with where my ribs end now. There is no swelling or redness or whiteness. Just skin coloured and raised, and in certain light they can be quite obvious. COuld anyone let me know what these might be? I would love to get rid of them. The largest reach about 4-5mm width and there are a few smaller slightly less raised ones.
