One Testicle pulled up

i m very worried about my testicles that when i tries to pull testicles without any external force one testicle is pulled up and other do not move

Hold both in your hand and make yourself cough.  They should both move.  If they don't, you should probably ask a doctor about it.  I don't know exactly what it means if they don't both move, what the problem is or the consequence, but it seems to be a standard medical test that doctors do.
