One side of penis curved after circumcision

So, on Monday I went and got circumcised. I think everything went well and it's all healing, stitches are a bit sore but that's just part of it.
Before I was circumcised, I noticed that on one side of my penis (the right side) was slightly round. I didn't think much of it, and I just let it be. I went and got circumcised and now it looks a whole lot worse. The right side of my penis definitely looks round, like seriously round. When it isn't erect it really is quite bad and when it is erect it's a whole load worse. I wouldn't say that it was "curved" I'd just say that one side was rounded really badly, the other side seems perfectly straight.
Sometimes it feels like it's tensing up, when not erect, thats when it's the worst, it's like i'm prodding a tensed up bicep, but then other times it just doesn't feel bad at all, yet the curve still remains.
I'm just a little bit worried, any advice would be awesome.
