Well, that's right about on time there fella. Nothin' to worry about. One of the boys always is a bit lower than the other. It's not an issue unless one of the boys is extremely high up and you can't float it around a bit with your hand. If it feels stuck then have dear mom schedule an appointment with the doctor and he can check 'em out. Otherwise, don't sweat it unless there's pain. The pubes and pit hair are normal.
