One's Urinating dosn't feel quite right o.0

Heya fella's, posting in the men's health forum this time round!

Alright, lately when I've gone to the bathroom to take a leak I've felt that I've needed to use a little force in order to actually go properly, and on some occasions I've felt a little bit dizzy going. normally when I've gone either with a full bladder or mid full i pee like Niagara falls! now its just feels like a strain to go and don't have that.....what a relief feeling~? its almost like somethings trying to stop me from going it dosn't flow properly..if that makes any sense.

To note, i have a fairly mid active sex life, i wont lie i do masturbate on occasion and i'm still on a course of ciatalopram 10mg to which the side effects should have long surpassed considering how long I've been on them, there is mild stinging and irritation round the groin zone but none to feel terribly painful.

Any advice?
