OverMasturbation

hey all, i am a 21 yo guy who has been masturbating for 6-7 years and just recently i read on the net that too much masturbation can lead 2 symptoms like testicular pain, lower back pain, fuzzy vision, low stamina and impotency. i was just wondering, how long will the symptoms take to go away after i stop masturbating? Please give your opinions and thanks!

Regards

and partner sex is the same thing if you're doing it 3 or 4 times a day every single day. Its probably not as bad on the prostate though because a man isnt "training" his penis as much as he is with masturbation, controlling orgasms which results in much longer sessions and physical stress on the penis and prostate

Lots of incorrect advice here. You can overmasturbate. Your semen contains a lot of the bodies zinc, when you excrete too much of it, faster than the body can produce more, than you will have all sorts of problems. Also your prostate can become inflamed which is what happened to me, causing prostatitis and infection which was very painful and I had to take antibiotics for 2 weeks and stop masturbating. If you masturbate like 3 times or more a day, every day, you will run into problems. I was masturbating like 5 times a day, and it finally caught up to me. I had all kinds of skin conditions and had my zinc levels tested and it was a deficiency in b vitamins and zinc. All of which was depleted from over masturbation, because I slowed it down to like 5 times a month, and suddenly the symptoms went away after years of having them. Overmasturbation can cause hormonal imbalances and overproduction of testosterone in men.

There's no such thing as overmasturbation, unless you're either avoiding other people/things in life in order to stay home and masturbate, or maybe giving yourself friction burns, lol.

First of all, pretty much everyone masturbates. Everyone. And teenagers especially masturbate a LOT. Masturbation is good for you; it makes you feel good, relieves tension, teaches you about your body, about your turnons, and gets you in touch with your body and sexuality. Also, studies seem to show that the more ejaculations you have, the less likely you are to develop prostate cancer.

Second, your body doesn't know what produced that orgasm--masturbation or partner sex, it doesn't matter. So how could "overmasturbation" cause problems when partner sex doesn't?

The people who have those sites/books/whatever have an agenda. Either they're trying to sell you some supplement, or they're part of the sex-phobic religious right, or whatever. But these claims aren't based at ALL in any kind of scientific fact. It's all ideology, and it's all nonsense.

yes i would suggest to go and see your doc about these symptoms, to make sure there isnt anything serious going on there. and as far as the masterbation goes, you cant over do it. you may get sore down there if your rough, but you really cant over do it...
