PAIN IN THE LOWER PORTION OF TESTES AND IN THE BONES AROUND URINARY BLADDER

PAIN IN THE LOWER PORTION OF TESTES AND IN THE BONES AROUND URINARY BLADDER

From a last few months, on some Occasion, I am having pain in the lower portion of testes as well as in the bones around urinary bladder that is around the place from where penis starts (in the horizontal zone). Also, when I have this kind of pain, the scrotum covering the testes gets unusual shape which I cannot explain by words. I feel that my testes gets horizontal (as the testes is always in the vertical position like 0 0, this gets in like |-, where this | and – this represents the orientation of testes). Also, I got pain only in one side; it may be right or left. Sometimes, the pain covers the connecting portion of my right leg (thighs) and the upper portion of the body, towards left, in the standing position.
Also, when I got pain, I get little relaxed by farting, but only after having a sound sleep in night, I get relaxed. Next day, when I wake up, everything becomes normal just as nothing had happened. When I got pain, my walking style changes but due to shame, I cannot tell this to my family members. I try to control my pain as well as minimize walking.
When I started observing, why I got this, I concluded three points:-
First, when I sleep for less than 5 hours a day, pain gets started. And when I sleep for proper number of hours, the pain gets eliminated.
Second, when I do heavy physical work like walking continuously for 5 to 6 kilometers or while climbing stairs which is more than 200 to 300 in numbers.
Also, while carrying heavy loads or even lighter loads for long time, say for more than 1 to 1.5 hours. For, instance, my cousin is of 6 years and is about 15 kg in weight. During a visit to National Park, he was in my arms and I had walked for about 1.5 hours, talking him in my arms. When we were returning home, the pain had started in the car itself. The pain does not start when I was walking but when I am relaxed.
I cannot feel the pain in the sitting position but only when in walking position.
Third, when I make children to sit on my lap. When small children who are not more 20 kg in weight sit on my lap for considerable period of time like for half an hour or more, the pain again starts. I felt that may be they sit over my penis or testes. But, I found that no one can sit over the testes as it is the design of the human body. Also, the children could sit on the penis, still what, the pain should not arise in the bones around urinary bladder.
Actually, my cousin is of 6 years, so it is common for him to sit on my lap daily. But pain does not arise daily but only 2 to 3 days a week. Now, I try that he do not sit around my penis and testes, just over the thighs, not even on the right thighs (just permit them to sit on left portion of lap). I also give special attention that he doesn’t jump over the upper portion of my lap while in sitting position. Also, I try that he does not sit and jumps over my stomach, when I am in flat position (Sleeping position). Because of this, he may sit over the bones around the urinary bladder.
You will feel that making him sit on my lap is not a problem; but it is. When I was for Vacation, he was not with me and for one for-night, I don’t have the pain. But, when I had not slept for one night and had climbed around 500 stairs (on a mountain), the pain had again started, but not in the testes but in the bones.
I cannot recognize what the actual problem is? And due to shame, I cannot tell my family members about the problem, so that I can go to a doctor. I feel that my brother is not a problem as this had not happened before. Also, I had not slept even for the whole night and had done heavy physical activity before. Also, the combination of all the three points had happened simultaneously, but the pain had never arisen before.
Also, the above three circumstances happens to many persons, but I don’t feel that they get pain too. Even I don’t get pain before.
Now, my question is what to do, what had happened to me? Should I consult a doctor? If yes, then what should I say to my parents or to my other family members. I cannot say the truth directly, I feel ashamed very much. I had tried to say to my family members, but was unsuccessful on thinking what everyone will think about me? What I will explain to my friends and the younger members of my family.
I am a very shy person related to sexual matters; even I was feeling ashamed while writing the above things here. But my identity cannot be revealed, that’s why I had put my problem here. How to put this problem to my family members or to my parents?
If this can be cured without consulting a doctor, then tell me how? If not, please suggest me, what to do?
