This is a recurring problem, I did see the Doctor but I was too embarrassed to tell him the full extent.  I masturbate a lot, morning is the worst time when I am desperate to pee and can't till I relieve my hard on.  I just can not pee properly any more and in the morning is when my bladder is bursting, it takes over an hour before I can pass any water and sometimes it is just a small dribble.  I masturbate in the night, in the bath, first thing in the morning, not that I can concentrate on it when I need to use the bathroom.  Worst thing is I have my mum calling me to hurry and get ready for work.  While at work I have regular masturbation breaks.  I normally finally empty my bladder 2 hours after getting up.  Now I am finding my penis hurts while I am masturbating and its normally at the point of no return, when I can finally pass water it is slow and painful.  On the way to work once I had to stop in a layby to pee and was just about to start when someone shouted at me from nearby, I couldn't carry on after that and had a very uncomfortable drive home for the next half hour.  It seems every time I masturbate I have the diar urge to urinate as well then I cant for ages.  Help.

Sounds to me like you may have a prostate problem. I would see a urologist.

Have you had an injury - I had a very unfortunate accident, with an erection and since then, even after I was checked out and ok'd, I have similar problems to yourself.  My balls throb when I am erect and I cant always ejaculate which is agonising, I have to masturbate a lot as I am a very horny guy but its agony, especially with a full bladder in the morning and I cant sit to pee either with an erection cause I am too well endowded, I have to wait in pain.  It isn't an advantage in that way being well endowed trust me
