PLEASE HELP ME

Im 19 years old and only have 1 partner, she was a virgin but i wasnt. I have had a small lump/bump on the base on my shaft (where the shaft and scrotum meet) Its not painful unless i squeeze it. It use to be a dull red color but has turned a little white. If i squeeze it hard enough a very very small amount of white pus will come out and wont come out anymore untill the next day. It has been there for almost 2 months and at first i thought it was an ingrown hair, but its still there. Also it has something that looks like a small scab or kinda like a small puncture wound going off to the side of it. I took a pair of clean eye brow pluckers to see if maybe there was an ingrown hair somewhere but was unable to find any. the scab/puncture wound look alike thingy has been there the same amount of time and doesnt look like it has gotten any better or healed. Also recently we stoped having sex to see if that will clear the problem, but now a 2nd small lump/bump has grown right next to it. this one has no pus and no pain. and is dull red/whiteness to it. PLEASE help.
