PSA Test Result

I recently had a PSA test performed, and the result was 1.2 ng/mL. Normal was given as 0 to 4 ng/mL. Does this definitely mean that I don't have prostate cancer?

I read somewhere recently in the news that the PSA produces false positives and negatives. You should discuss this with your doctor. Type in PSA in google and see if you can find the articles. It was in the past month or two.
