Pain during masturbation

Pain during masturbation

Hi

I dont know if this is serious, but I am scared and any kind help is highly appreciated.

3/4 days back I noticed a small lump or may be swollen vein duct on my my glance penis under the skin (in fact just before the glance penis, from where the fore skin cannot be pulled back), which was paiful and irritating. Since then, I am noticing that it does not give any pain during urination, but comes up as the penis is erect (during masturbation) and gives a hard pain. The vein around that also gets swolen. Surprisingly at the end of masturbation (probably due to repetative friction) it goes down but leaves a irritation after it's over.

I also have tried to feel that when the penis is not erect and could find a tiny pimple like staff under the skin. I did not masturbate 2/3 days thinking it will go off, but it didn't.

Please let me know if anybody had such case or suggest me if I should consult a doctor.

Thanks again.

Sorry, pal, but having trouble with your description here.  You're saying that you notice a lump or vein-like swelling just beneath your glans (glands)?  And when you say "just before the glans (glands) penis, from where the foreskin can not be pulled back," are you referring to the frenulum?  The frenulum is the place where the foreskin attaches to the glans (glands), on the underside of the penis, which is suposed to be there.

Unless you can give a more detailed description, I for one don't know what you're saying (sorry).  Thrombosed vein, perhaps, but anything sounds like it could be that. :)

You should maybe get it checked with a UROLOGIST; they take care of this kind of thing.  Don't be shy.

Peace.

Hi

Thank you very much for your reply. Let me clarify:
It's on the shaft, little left. But not on the frenulum.just before the frenulum. When it's erect and if I forcefully try to masturbate, it swells and forms more like a half circle around the rim.

I think this might have given you a better idea. Addition to that, I am adult and have not had sex so far, nor I had any sexual contact.

I think if it was some thing sexual problem or cancer, it would not cause that hard pain. I may be wrong though.

I appreciate you for your help.

Cheers!

Well, it sounds like a venous problem of some kind, maybe a thrombosed vein.  When I was younger, a similar thing happened to me, but it went away pretty quick: It was like a hardened vein in my penis which really hurt when I had an erection.  Once I woke up because I was wanking in my sleep, and the sharp pain woke me up... I had also done a bunch of amphetamines the night before, though.  I don't know how similar it is.  You should probably see a doctor.

Hehe, I wouldn't call my advice "superb," exactly, but thanks anyways, bud!

I would seriously get it checked out by a doctor if I were you, though.  Your GP or family doctor would be fine to start off with, and if necessary he/she could refer you to a Urologist.  Because my ideas are pretty vague... I really have no idea.

Good luck, pal!

Hey,
I actually got online here because the same thing has happened to me from most of your description. I don't know too many terms like glans (glands) or anything but it seems like when I have an erection it is the only time it hurts and it looks like a swollen vein around the left side, but near the base of the penis. This morning I woke up and it felt like there was an under-skin pimple or some kind of lump there, pimple is the only word to really describe the shape/size/and feel of it. If you have figured out is wrong, or if it went away, let me know. There is no pain when it isn't erect but I can still kind of see where it is and feel a slight bump there.

Newdude does give excellent advice.  I'd agree, it sounds like some kind of thrombosis, since it swells when the penis fills with blood and diminishes when the penis is flaccid.  Varicoceles, which are vein blockages in the penis, are pretty common.  I'd see a doctor just to make sure, though.

Yesterday after a LONG day together along with the 4 days before that his skin has been getting irritated. and so has mine. could this be from skin to skin friction ? im worried but i know that i dont have anything and neither does he. someone please help.

hello, im hoping somebody here can shed some light.
about a month ago, after sex with my wife, i noticed some redness and irritation on the left side of my penis just below the head.  it hasnt gone away.  in fact, it appears to be kind of a line that follows the crease of my skin between the head and foreskin and after every erection, seems to seperate and open up just a bit.  because of the location, it never fully heals because the skin is stretched every time i have an erection.
i have tried an antibiotic cream but it wont go away.
does anybody know what this is?
