Pain in Right Testicle

Im 22 years old and for the past few days i have had this pain in my right testicle, it feels like its loose, it seems to feel almost overal shape and larger than the left one, the ache reaches into the top of my leg and is really uncomfortable. I keep having the need to urinate every couple of hours sometimes every hour and i really dont know what to do.

im to nervous to go to the doctors, i dont know what to do, ive read alot online about people that have similar symptoms and they say its nothing it should go away, but im scared that it wont. can someone please offer me some advice

See a urologist, and I'd suggest you call today.  Honestly.  Might be nothing, but it could be urgent.
