Pain in Upper Left Spermatic Cord, and Lower Left Abdomen

A few months ago, I woke up with extreme pain in the same places, and was rushed to the E.R. (Please note i was massaging my testicle while being driven to hospital.) When I got there, they gave me an ultrasound, and didn't find anything wrong. I had blood flow and no swelling, but they did find a cyst on my left testicle. The doctors claimed it was normal. A few hours after the examination, the pain subsided, and I was given painkillers. About a couple of week after that happened, I went to go see a urologist, and again, nothing bad was found. Everything was find after that until today. After doing an intense workout with a lot of cardio, I felt the pain again a few minutes after laying down on my back to rest. This time, the pain wasn't as bad as the first, but it was at least a 6 on a scale of 1-10. I then did the same procedure as before; massaging the area of pain, and taking pain killers. I'm going to go see a doctor again, but I'm not sure if it'll help with my problem. Could it be that I have torsion, or something else like a hernia? Could anybody please give me an idea of what is happening?
