Pain in left testicle?

Hello, starting the week of march 27th I began to have pain in my left testicle. It has always been smaller than my right one. On march 27th I had unprotected sex that lasted a maximum of one minute. I went to my doctor and he referred me to a Urologist and gave me a urine test to check for Ghonorea and Chlamydia. My test was Friday. He gave me antibiotics in the meantime. I am freaking out over the prospect of having an std. Does it seem likely that i have Chlamydia even though pain in my testicle is my only symptom and that the symptoms kicked in so quickly after the encounter? I do not remember the exact day that i first started experiencing the pain.
