Pain in penis while ejaculating or urinating

I cant urinate properly all of a sudden, and found this out early this morning after I masturbated (I had to, woke up suddenly with a very demanding erection, but I was absolutely dying to pee also), I just HAD to masturbate but then had severe pain in my penis when I eventually ejaculated (after 30 minutes of pleading to come), then immediately after even though I was desperate to pee and rushed to the bathroom, I couldnt get the normal urgent stream that I normally would in the morning, I couldnt believe it, I was nearly dying in desperation.  It was trickling out slowly and agonisingly, I thought I was going to pass out.  I have a large bladder so normally have to pee before getting up time (and can be embarrassing when in a busy town trying to find a toilet then standing for ages peeing into a trough, everyone finishes before me!!) but this time I hadn't woken up so you can imagine how desperate I was.  It must have taken a good 20 minutes of severe pain to get just half of my bladder empty.

Throughout today I have been needing to pee about every half hour and only small painful drops.

My penis and scrotum are killing me, Im embarrassed to see a doctor but will have to very soon if this doesnt subside, I cant go on unable to empty my bladder, its very full.  I am praying I dont get an erection tonight.

I slipped hotching over a fence yesterday, of course the wooden part of the fence being the landing point between my legs, could this be the cause.  It didnt injure me but it did hurt at the time but after 10 mins of nursing my groin I recovered.
